This includes a 60min consult initially, then 30min session every 2 weeks. Unlimited emails and text access. Ongoing program adjustments as needed.

Requirements
Pre-Consult
To start off, I get folks to do a weeks worth of food logging. This gives me a snapshot of what their current diet is. This can be done with a variety of apps, including MyNetDiary, My Fitness Pal, Fat Secret, etc. Also, an initial questionaire for basic info, like height/weight/age, medical/dietary history and training schedule. Once I get those back, then we move to the consult.
The initial consult will be approximately 45-60 minutes, and thereafter, every 2 weeks, approximately 30 minute check-in for adjustment. I’ll assign you specific macros/numbers to follow right from the start. After the initial consult, program design will be delivered based on goals, training experience, and equipment availability.
